Commercial License
Thank you for choosing Pet Footage.
When you purchase footage from Pet Footage, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual license to use the purchased footage in accordance with the terms below.
This license gives you permission to use the footage. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.
You may use the footage for
- Commercial and personal projects
- Advertising and paid campaigns
- Websites and online stores
- Social media, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
- Films, videos and other audiovisual productions
- Marketing materials and presentations
- Promotional and editorial content
You may edit, crop, resize, color-grade and otherwise modify the footage. You may also combine it with other video, images, text, graphics, voice-over and music.
You may incorporate the footage into your own finished projects and distribute those finished projects commercially.
Attribution to Pet Footage or the original creator is not required.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the original footage as a standalone file
- Make the original footage available for download by others
- Upload or submit the footage to stock footage libraries or marketplaces, including Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, iStock, Getty Images or similar services
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original footage
- Use the footage as a logo, trademark or service mark
- Use the footage to create or distribute stock footage or downloadable assets
- Use the footage as training data for developing, training or improving AI models or machine-learning systems.
License terms
The license is:
Non-exclusive — the same footage may be licensed to other customers.
Worldwide — the footage may be used anywhere in the world.
Perpetual — the license does not expire.
The license applies only to the footage purchased and does not transfer copyright ownership.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights or protections that apply to consumers under applicable law.
Digital content
By purchasing the footage, you acknowledge that the footage is digital content supplied electronically. Where required by applicable consumer law, delivery of the footage before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period is subject to your express consent and acknowledgement of the applicable consequences of receiving the digital content immediately.
